New User Training
We hold regular webinars covering the basics of Cablecast, along with more advanced topics. You can register for upcoming sessions on the webinar schedule. We pause for Q&A throughout, so the live sessions are a great chance to ask questions. Recordings of past webinars are available in the webinar archive.
For a structured, start-to-finish introduction to the system, we recommend Cablecast Academy. The Academy is a guided learning path that walks you through Cablecast in five progressive levels, starting with orientation and the core day-to-day operations every operator needs, then building toward streaming and online distribution, captioning and accessibility, and advanced automation. Rather than a single recorded walkthrough tied to one release, the Academy stays current with the platform, so you're always learning against the latest version of Cablecast. Work through it in order if you're brand new, or jump straight to the topics most relevant to your role.
