Feature Overview: Log Submission in Cablecast 7.9
In Cablecast 7.9 we've added a feature to be able to submit logs to our Support team directly from the UI. This feature is particularly useful for our Bronze customers who may require assistance troubleshooting a technical issue.
If you've opened a Support ticket and someone from our team has asked you to submit your logs, you can do so by going to Settings > System Settings > Submit Diagnostics, which can be found under the Monitoring category (the last category on the page).

The Support Technician you're working with will provide you with your Case number, which you'll enter in the form on the submission page. Click Submit and the logs will get sent over to the Support team for further review.
