Cablecast Cloud Services: Closed Captioning Usage Reporting

Cablecast Cloud Services includes a usage reporting dashboard that shows how many captioning minutes you've used and how many remain in your balance. This article explains how to access your caption usage report.

Checking your Usage Statistics

Go to cloud.cablecast.tv/login to log into your Cablecast Cloud Services account.

Once logged in, navigate to your account to view your Cablecast Captions report. The information displayed will vary depending on which services you have. You'll see the following:

  • Current Balance — The number of captioning minutes currently banked for use.

  • This Month's Usage — The number of captioning minutes used this month.

  • Year To Date Usage — The total captioning minutes used so far this calendar year.

Select View Report to go to the Caption Usage page, which shows a full report of caption use for the month.

You'll also receive a weekly email summarizing your caption usage. To make sure you receive it, add noreply@cablecast.tv to your email allowlist.

Summary

Your Cablecast Cloud Services account gives you access to real-time and historical caption usage data. Log in to cloud.cablecast.tv, navigate to your account, and select View Report for a full breakdown of your captioning activity.
