Public Site - Permalink to chapters

You can get links to specific chapter marks for the public-site page. These links will bring users directly to that point in the video.
To get chapter links, navigate to Internet Video / Video On-Demand. Find a video with chapter markers you want and click it.
If chapters exist for this VOD content, you'll see them on the right. To get a link for a specific chapter marker, click on "link" to the right of the chapter you want.
