Cannot read properties of undefined

If you encounter a "Cannot read properties of undefined" error in the UI, verify that your system's timezone settings are correct.

Even if the displayed time appears accurate, using an unsupported timezone can trigger this error.

Resolution:

  1. Check and update the timezone on the host machine running the Frontdoor software.
  2. Ensure that all servers with Cablecast installed are set to the same timezone.

How to Change the Timezone in Windows:

  1. Open the Start Menu and click Settings (⚙️).
  2. Go to Time & Language > Date & Time.
  3. Under Time Zone, select the correct timezone from the dropdown menu.
  4. Restart any system on which you change the time zone.
