Microsoft announced that they would start shipping Windows 11 LTSC in the second-half of 2024. Cablecast plans to begin shipping Windows 11 LTSC with new Cablecast hardware by the end of 2024. Here is what you need to know.

Windows 11 Upgrade

There are a couple of things you'll need to prepare to make sure your Windows 11 upgrade goes smoothly. To get started, you will need:

• USB thumb drive that is at least 16GB
• Your Cablecast appliance must already be on Windows 10
• You must have a scheduled appointment with Cablecast for the update.

Note: The upgrade may take an hour or more to complete. Please make sure you are prepared to be off-air while the upgrade completes.

If you've done all the necessary items above Cablecast will provide remote support to image the thumb drive and upgrade Windows.
