Uploading an Episode

Last Updated:September 30, 2026

Once your show is approved, you can add episodes to it. This guide walks producers through uploading an episode file to PEGMedia.

Before you start

  • Your show must be approved — you can't add episodes to an unapproved show. See Creating a Show in PEGMedia.

  • You must be the owner of the show.

  • Have your video file ready. PEGMedia accepts MPEG, MPG, MP4, MOV, and AVI. For upload recommendations, contact support@pegmedia.org.

Upload An Episode

1. Open your show and add an episode

Go to your show and click + Create Episode.

Show page for "My Cool Show," marked Hidden, with the Create Episode button highlighted next to Edit and Delete.

2. Fill in the episode details

Complete the episode form:

  • Episode Name

  • Description

  • Thumbnail — can be selected after the episode is saved.

  • Search Tags — your show's tags are added automatically; add more to help people find this episode.

"Create New Episode for My Cool Show" form, filled in with the episode name "My First Show," a short description, and a "cool show" search tag. It also has Thumbnail and Episode File sections.

3. Upload the episode file

Drag your video file into Upload Episode File (or click to choose it). The file uploads directly to storage and then transcodes for delivery.

4. Save

Click Save. Once the upload and processing finish, your episode is part of the show and can be delivered to members and stations.
