    Hey John,

You could make a 30 second bulletin board show and a save search that shows only that show. Then use the per gap fills to schedule the bulletin board at the start and end of every gap.

This would leave time for your bulletin board to show the CableDisplay bulletins.

    Hope this helps

Ray, are you suggesting I build a Format called "Carousel" and then change the Format of that show to Carousel.  Will that allow me to link it to Carousel 1 in the "Edit Media" dropdown?

    Rick,

Se you could add a new live format called "Carousel" and set your Carousel device from a "CG" to a "Live" device using that format. This way you could create a Carousel show and schedule the bulletin board.

We do this at our station since we mostly fill content with PSAs, but want some breaks to bulletin board at specific times.

You wouldn't need to edit the media in the show record, Autopilot will handle it all for you.

That's what I thought you were getting at, Ray.  Excellent way to accomplish this, however, it does add an extra step, albeit a short one, to every Fill Gap entry.

I'll work on it when I get in this morning.  Thanks, Ray.

    John,

It does. Someone submitted a feature request for us to save some "presets" for the fill gap, which would remove that step. It's on the todo list at some point, but honestly there are quite a few things ahead of it at the moment.

    Ray, so here's what's what:

I built a show record and made all the changes you suggested.  I now have a show called "Bulletin Board"  #99, 31 seconds.  Works fine!  Default timing on the CableDisplay Bulletins is 30 seconds.

CableDisplay Bulletins (all 3) run properly IF I DO NOT use "Fill Gap".

If I bump show 99 up against another show as a filler to force the system to go back to the player, and use Fill Gap to bump a PSA up against  show 99, CableDisplay Bulletins don't run.

The show sequence would be as follows:

    PSA

    Show 99

    Scheduled show

    Show 99

    PSA

We've been testing this for several days.  We are still watching what happens with different scenarios, however, we definitely see a failure in the CableDisplay Bulletins when Fill Gap is used.  The problem does seem inconsistent
