If you are a Cablecast and/or Bulletin-board customer, you can request software updates for your system.
Prerequisites for updates
To request software updates, you need to have active Software assurance, or platinum assurance for your facility. This is a year to year coverage option. You can view this KB document for more information about the coverage options.
Requesting Software Update
To get a software update and you are in coverage, you can email email@example.com. In your inquiry, for the fastest service, be sure to include the following:
- Facility name
- Which software you'd like to update
- Current Software Versions (Cablecast & Carousel)
Once a support agent gets to your request in their queue, they will provide you with a download key to get the updates, along with the Software Updating guide to perform the update.
Requesting Upgrade Assistance
Getting software updates does not include our time to perform the update for you. We provide a Step-by-step guide on how to perform the update. However, if you'd prefer us to do the update for you, this can be purchased for a flat rate via our sales department. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and request to purchase upgrade assistance.
