What do I get with coverage options?
Refer to this table for what you can expect with the different levels of coverage. New systems come with 1 year of software assurance from the date of purchase.

Software upgrade assistance is only provided if purchased, or if covered by platinum coverage. This warranty does not include installation support. Factory or reseller assisted installation support options are available for an extra fee or may be available in some of the enhanced support options, which can be purchased from Tightrope or one of its resellers. This excludes Platinum coverage.

How do I get upgrade assistance if I don't have Platinum?If you need assistance installing / performing a software upgrade between versions, you can purchase CBL-SVC-UPGRADE. This SKU will allow support assistance in the installation of software updates. Please contact sales for more information (email@example.com).

Upgrades for 3rd Party Software: Tightrope explicitly excludes software included with the Licensed System that is not the intellectual property of Tightrope, such as, but not limited to, the operating system or database engines.
