You are unable to log into Front Door
- 1) The Front Door website will not load. You receive an error message in your web browser etc.
- 2) Front Door loads but your login will not work
- 3) Front Door loads, you enter credentials successfully and select 'Carousel' but are then kicked back out to the login screen
1) Re-boot your Carousel server and try again
2) If you have forgotten your login credentials and can not login, just send an email to email@example.com and request the admin password reset tool. Download and run it on your Carousel server to re-set the password for the admin account
3) If you are getting kicked back out to the login screen once you select Carousel, you are using Internet Explorer and it is causing the issue. Either set Internet explorer to use Compatibility view or use a different web browser.
